DELIVERY + RETURN
As each piece is made to order, we ask that you please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery. We will do our best to fulfill our orders as quickly as we can, and can usually offer an expedited delivery option for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.
Shipping quotes can usually be obtained within 24 hours and we are happy to provide quotes once we have your delivery zip code. Please include this information in our inquiry form.
For both standard and custom orders, we require a 50% deposit to initiate the order. For custom projects that require drawings, we ask for a $200 deposit to initiate the process, which will then be credited to your order.
We accept payment by check or credit card - the latter will add a 3% processing fee.
Expert White Glove Delivery
We use a white glove delivery service to ship all of our larger items. Your furniture will arrive blanket wrapped at your home, and be positioned in your space at your guidance. Smaller pieces will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Client Pick-ups for Local Clients
If you are nearby and prefer to pick up your furniture order from us, it can be arranged. Please let us know this is your preference, when placing your order.
Our furniture is made with the highest level of craftsmanship, and we are committed to the integrity of the pieces we make. If there’s a mechanical failure under normal use, we will repair or replace your piece. Outside of mechanical failure, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. We are proud to say that in ten years of business we have never had a request for a return of our products.
If you receive your furniture and believe it to have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately as a claim must be filed within 24 hours. We want to be able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, and to do so, must comply with the policy of our shipping company.
The state of Oregon is free of sales tax, and we are happily able to extend that courtesy to all our orders, whether in or out-of-state.
